Advanced Beginner Fall 2021 at JLS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance of your scheduled lesson time in order to qualify for a make-up.

Late cancellations or "no shows" will be charged the full-service price for the lesson and pre-enrolled clinics will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be done in writing: email admin@kimgranttennis.com or text the KGTA text line on (650) 690-0678.

Late cancellations (less than 24hours) will require a doctor's note or official document as proof of emergency cancellation.

KIM GRANT TENNIS ACADEMY DOES NOT OFFER A REFUND POLICY:

All prepaid services, lessons, clinics, and camps are to be used up in full within the allotted time period. Unlimited makeups are allowed within each registered season, for lessons cancelled in writing within the 24hr time frame or due to weather. Therefore no refunds or credits will be issued.
