CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance of your scheduled lesson time in order to qualify for a make-up.

Late cancellations or "no shows" will be charged the full-service price for the lesson and pre-enrolled clinics will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be done in writing: email admin@kimgranttennis.com or text the KGTA text line on (650) 690-0678.

Late cancellations (less than 24hours) will require a doctor's note or official document as proof of emergency cancellation.
