INDOOR CLINICS FOR BAD WEATHER DAYS:
Tennis will take place rain or shine, and at all air quality levels, as we have an indoor space we will be teaching in during those days.
**The ONLY EXCEPTION is for RED BALL PLAYERS. Red ball players qualify for make ups. Make ups must be completed prior to end of the season.
For indoor tennis days, below are some examples of what we will be doing. The items listed below will be adjusted to fit age and skill level as we have designed an indoor curriculum for our players:
-Age appropriate power and strength training exercises
-Video teaching
-Match analysis
-Scoring
-Mental toughness
-Agility, speed and explosiveness training
-Point play strategies
-Tennis theory and more

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance of your scheduled clinic time in order to qualify for a make up or credit.
Please note that there are no make-ups for Sunday Woodside Training, however, excused clinic credits will roll over into the next season to be used for clinic enrollment.

Late cancellations or "no shows" will be charged the full-service price for the lesson and pre-enrolled clinics will be forfeited.

Late cancellations (less than 24hours) will require a doctor's note or official document as proof of emergency cancellation.

MAKE-UP AND DROP INS:
As mentioned above, to qualify for an excused clinic make-up, written notice needs be given at least 24 hours prior to the start of your clinic. If you do not excuse yourself, you forfeit your clinic for that day.
An admin fee will be charged for any excused make-up or drop in that needs to be rescheduled.

KIM GRANT TENNIS ACADEMY DOES NOT OFFER A REFUND POLICY:
All prepaid services, lessons, clinics, and camps are to be used up in full within the allotted time period. Unlimited makeups are allowed within each registered season, for lessons cancelled in writing within the 24hr time frame or due to weather. Therefore no refunds or credits will be issued.
